Once the referred customer's payment clears, your referral commission is calculated and processed.
Who This Is For
This referral program is designed for property managers, real estate agents, tradies, cleaners with overflow work, neighbours, past customers, friends and anyone who can make a genuine permission-based introduction.
Referral-generated jobs may also be reviewed for giveaway eligibility where they meet the current campaign requirements. Referral commission and giveaway participation are separate systems.
Please do not enter sensitive bank details in this form. Payment details can be collected securely after a referral is approved.

Referral Rules
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING YOUR REFERRALS
Each referrer must keep their own record of every submitted referral, including the customer name and submission date, so the referral can be identified and followed up.
- Referrers are responsible for keeping their own referral records and tracking the referrals they submit.
- Referral commission is 10% of the approved job value excluding GST.
- Commission is paid only after the referred customer has completed payment.
- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or disputed jobs do not qualify.
- Referrals must be submitted before the customer books, unless approved by T & A Pro Cleaning.
- Duplicate referrals are reviewed by T & A Pro Cleaning.
- Existing customers, existing leads, or jobs already quoted may not qualify unless approved.
- The referred customer must give permission to be contacted.
- T & A Pro Cleaning may reject referrals that are incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, or outside service areas.
- Commission is not payable on GST, card surcharges, refunds, discounts, or third-party costs.
- For recurring subscription customers, default commission applies to the first approved paid service only unless T & A Pro Cleaning approves a different arrangement in writing.
This program is a referral arrangement only. It does not create employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or contractor status.
Submit a Referral
Use this separate referral form for lead-partner submissions. Normal customer quote requests should still use the free quote form.
Important Notes
- Duplicate referrals may be declined.
- Existing leads may not qualify.
- Customer permission is required before submission.
- Incomplete referrals may be rejected.
When is commission paid?
Commission is processed only after the approved job is completed and the referred customer's payment clears.
Can recurring jobs qualify?
By default, recurring customers qualify on the first approved paid service only unless T & A Pro Cleaning approves a different arrangement in writing.
