Service Scope
T & A Pro Cleaning provides cleaning services only. We perform cleaning and related surface-care services for residential and commercial properties.
T & A Pro Cleaning does NOT build, renovate, repair, remodel, construct, or perform renovation works.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on information provided at enquiry time. Final pricing may vary if onsite conditions differ from submitted details, including access restrictions, property size, or level of buildup.
Subscription Pricing & Service Frequencies
Subscription pricing is calculated from submitted property details, selected services, access requirements, condition, and chosen service frequency. First-clean pricing may differ from recurring monthly pricing because the first service may include initial buildup, setup, condition correction, and onboarding time.
Recurring service frequencies, add-ons, swaps, and removals are based on the plan or custom subscription selected. If property details, access, condition, or service scope differ materially from submitted information, T & A Pro Cleaning may review pricing before the first service proceeds.
High-rise, Balcony & Strata Limitations
High-rise apartment service is limited to interior areas and safely accessible balcony glass unless otherwise approved. T & A Pro Cleaning does not provide rope access, suspended external high-rise work, or unsafe exterior access.
Strata and body corporate services are limited to approved, accessible shared and common areas. Body corporate booking rules, access windows, parking restrictions, water access, power access, and safe equipment access must be disclosed before work is confirmed.
Parking & Access
Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property and confirm parking availability before the booking time. Delays caused by restricted access or unavailable parking may affect scheduling and price.
Last Cleaned / Surface Condition
Service condition assumptions are based on the submitted last-cleaned timeframe and notes. Where surfaces have heavy buildup, staining, or weathering, additional cleaning time and costs may apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the agreed method at booking confirmation or invoice issue. Payment options may include card, bank transfer, cash, and Afterpay where available.
Giveaway Terms
T & A Pro Cleaning may run optional client giveaway campaigns from time to time. Giveaway participation is separate from quoting, booking, pricing, payment, subscription setup, and referral commission.
An entry is only eligible after T & A Pro Cleaning reviews and confirms that the relevant quote request, subscription request, referral-generated job, or completed service meets the current campaign requirements. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, duplicate, incomplete, unsafe, inaccessible, fraudulent, or ineligible submissions do not qualify.
Giveaway campaigns may require a minimum eligible job value, service type, location, or campaign period. Winners are contacted directly. Public announcements are only made where permission is provided. T & A Pro Cleaning may update, pause, cancel, or adjust giveaway campaigns where required.
Referral Program
T & A Pro Cleaning may offer referral commission for approved referred jobs. Referral commission is calculated at 10% of the approved job value excluding GST unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commission is only payable after the referred customer has completed payment for an approved completed job.
Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed, duplicate, fraudulent, unsafe, or ineligible jobs do not qualify. Referrals must be submitted before the customer books unless approved by T & A Pro Cleaning. The referred customer must have given permission to be contacted.
T & A Pro Cleaning may review, approve, reject, or adjust referral eligibility at its discretion. The referral program does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or contractor status.
Service Limitations
T & A Pro Cleaning does not provide building, renovation, repair, construction, installation, or trade works. We clean surfaces and related areas only.
Liability & Satisfaction
We are fully insured and committed to quality workmanship. Customers must raise service concerns promptly so they can be reviewed and resolved. Our goal is 100% satisfaction before payment.
